How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, weekends and peak event seasons (holidays, graduation, etc). Popular dates often fill several months in advance. Please inquire as soon as possible to check last-minute availability.
Is an attendant included during the event?
Every booked event includes a Click Happy Photo Booth attendant to stay for the duration of your event. All packages includes setup and breakdown.
How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes 30-45 minutes and is completed before your event time begins. We arrive early to ensure everything is ready to go prior to the start of your event.
Can you customize the photo template or branding?
Absolutely! Custom photo templates are included in every silver and gold package booking and can feature names, dates, themes, or logos. Corporate clients can also request branded experiences tailored to their event.
How do guests receive their photos?
Guests can instantly receive their photos via text message or email. All images are uploaded to a private online gallery that you can access and share after the event. The digital print is yours to upload, share or print to any size!
What type of space is needed for the photo booth?
We typically need a space of about 8×8 feet near a power outlet. if space is limited or a power source is unavailable at your event, let us know. We’re happy to help you determine the best setup for your venue.
Do you travel outside the St. Louis area?
Yes, we serve St. Louis and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area, an we’ll always communicate those upfront.
Can I upgrade the Bronze package later if I want more features?
Yes, if you book the Bronze package and decide you want more features available such as GIFs, an upgraded backdrop or props, you can upgrade to a Silver or Gold package as long as your event date allows.
What customization is included with the Silver package?
The Silver package includes custom photo templates (names, dates, themes) that display on photos and GIFs. Corporate events can also include brand colors and logo placement; however we recommend Gold packages for corporate events for an elevated guest experience.
What makes the Gold package different from the Silver package?
The Gold package is designed for premium events and includes everything in the Silver package plus elevated enhancements like personalized planning with the Click Happy team, extended coverage (up to 6 hours) and customized backdrops (names, designs, 3D, colors) and props (style, themed props) that are sure to create a true “wow” moment.
